Happy New Year!

Happy 2010 to everyone! The New Year is upon us and many of us have recently put into place "New Year's Resolutions". February is upon us and how are we going with those?

Committing to what you want to change in your life isn't always as easy as we had hoped or thought. Day to day life gets in the way, the kids, your partner, family, work, etc. So how can you make a change in your life and stick to it? Are there any easy techniques you can use to help you through and keep you focused?

Of course there are!

Firstly, instead of making a "New Year's Resolution" write yourself an affirmation to say to yourself several times a day for example "I am fit healthy and beautiful" if you are hoping to change your body image, or "I love and am loved by my perfect partner" if you are hoping to change or get a relationship. Another good example is "I work in my perfect career" if you want to change your job or the work you do.

All of these statements are positive affirmations that focus on what you want. If you constantly say to yourself I want to lose weight what do you think you get? More weight! So if you can accept yourself for who you are and put the plans into place to help you ie vision boards, gym membership, eating plan, you will achieve your goal without feeling like you are failing because you haven't fulfilled your New Year's Resolutions.

Through positive thoughts, you will achieve positive results.

The special offer is now over. From 1st February 2010 the price of a 1:1 consult is now $65 for anything under 2hrs and $100 for anything over 2 hours. These 1:1 sessions are designed to assist you in recognising and releasing patterns in your life. I will work with you to assist you in gaining clarity around what you want out of your life and change the patterns or remove the vows and memories you have that are sabotaging your progress.

New Workshops For 2010

2010 is a big year for me. Lots of things were finished off at the end of last year and lots of new things started.

Our first lot of workshops will start Saturday 20th March - Healing Your Life Through Past Life Exploration.

This workshop will gently guide you through a three step process using techniques to recognise your past lives, discover what patterns, vows and memories that are affecting your life today. A guided meditation and releasement process using the moon cycles will assist you to get rid of these forever!

I'm very excited to release these new workshops, I've been wanting to get this out for quite some time now and finally all the planets are in alignment and it's time for me to move forward as well.

Light Workers Connect Group - restarting for 2010

Last year we stopped running the Light Workers Connect Group, primarily because it ended up just me speaking the entire time, now don't get me wrong I love hearing my own voice however it was never my intention for this group. I would like to find out if there is still interest in this group.

Ideally the group would meet once a month (people can come and go you don't have to attend every month) each meeting a different person will have a topic of their choice to discuss. For example if you have experience or an interest in energy healing you might discuss that and techniques others can use, if you have experience in marketing you might discuss how others can market their business, if you have an interest, tips or experience in raising children or anything else for that matter you might discuss that. Ideally this group would come up with a couple of projects each year that we would work on together to assist the community as well and learning from each other.

Book Update

Nearly done, didn't take as long as I thought it would. I still have to do editing however the writing is just about finished. Much easier than I thought it would be. Anyone out there who is thinking about writing a book, do it take the plunge & do it.
